Rewiring Consciousness

At least 95% of our brain activity comes from our subconscious mind. It’s responsible for how we perceive reality, and holds all the “programming” that controls the way we think, act, feel, react, etc.

Hypnosis is a deep, healing modality that brings us past the conscious mind and into the subconscious mind so that we can explore what lies beneath the surface of our everyday lives. Hypnosis gives us the miracle of getting to the roots. From here, we’re able to deeply relax the nervous system, access expanded states of consciousness, heal trauma, break patterns, and rewrite old narratives that have been limiting us.

Hypnosis is beautifully relaxing, and can be thought of as a deep guided meditation where we talk back and forth. It is a powerful and sacred way of healing, where each session is held in reverence, ultimately leading you back to unconditional love and compassion.

Reiki is a deeply relaxing and restorative form of Japanese energy healing. It is often used to help reduce stress, ease pain and symptoms, relieve tension from the body, and promote a deep feeling of peace and well-being.

Reiki works by connecting the body’s innate healing wisdom with clear, potent, healing energy, often called Universal Life Force Energy. This energy radiates at the level of unconditional love and compassion, often leaving people feeling more connected to themselves and to a feeling of divine love.

Reiki works with the chakras and energy bodies to balance, clear, and restore a healthy flow of energy—which helps to restore health and vitality in the body and system. It takes the nervous system out of a state a fight/flight/fawn/freeze and into rest-and-digest. Our bodies are so much more powerful and intelligent than we often believe, and they know what to do and what they need. It can tend to be less often that they’re given the space to fully do so. Reiki gives our bodies and systems that space they need to come back to a place of safety and balance.

If you’ve been feeling heavy, muddled, or exhausted, Reiki is a gentle yet powerful modality that can help provide much needed relief and inner peace.

These Sessions are a Blend of all the Modalities we’ve learned over the years. If you’re not sure where to start - this is a great place!

These Sessions will be based solely off of where you’re at, and will go from there.

They may include things like light Trance Work, Somatic Therapy, Nervous System Regulation Techniques, and more.

These Sessions are a blend of the two most potent Modalities we know: Hypnosis and Energy Healing.

Blending these two modalities together, we create a space where deep healing is possible.

With both Practitioners working on you at the same time, we will lead you through a Deep Trance, while also administering Energy Healing to you.

This creates the space for deep blocks to dissolve through the loving care of Energy Healing, while also working through them in the mind with the Power of Hypnosis and brain reprogramming.
