I believe that what the world needs most right now is for us all to recognize and own our divinity—embodied in our highest truth and standing in our sovereignty.

From a young age, I was very in tune with things unseen, as I believe most children are. However, I grew up Mormon and very religious, so I never really expanded into those gifts until I was older. When I was around 16, I left the church and began exploring other spiritual beliefs, as I believed (and still do), that truth can be found in every religion or spiritual practice. Eventually, I had my own spiritual awakening.

Everything really changed for me when I was in the dark depths of severe trauma, pain (both emotional and physical), and feelings of hopelessness around 20 years old. I felt like I had no one to turn to, and like I desperately needed help, so I gave it all to God/Source/Universe. It was from that place that I realized: the person who would save me wasn’t outside of myself. It was me. And I was so much more powerful than any of my conditioning led me to believe.

So I embarked on a deeper journey. I devoted myself to God/Source/Universe, to living from love, to healing myself, and to taking my life into my own hands. This surrender and reclamation led me to healing my chronic illness and restoring my health through energy healing, somatics, hypnotherapy, and other wellness practices. The link between our body, mind, and spirit became abundantly clear to me.

I found beauty and purpose in the pain, seeing the bigger picture of my life. I dove into healing methods and trauma work, and back into the spiritual and multidimensional realms where such rich love and wisdom live. I reclaimed my intuitive gifts that had been waiting to be used for good.

My name, Lucy, means “light” or “light bringer”. Having traversed through the underworld many times and always coming out more radiant and in Love, I know deeply in my soul and bones that I am here to shine light on the darkness, and to help others do the same by remembering who you truly are—a divine, multidimensional being with depths of wisdom and power, originating from love itself.

Through my work, I guide those who feel there is something deeper waiting for them to come home to themselves, feel deliciously safe in their own skin, own their truth, and live in alignment with their own magic.
