Coaching with Ren
Hi, I’m Ren! I’m delighted to be Offering this Service.
I have studied many Healing Modalities over they years, and this Service essentially combines all of them into One.
This is a great place to start if you don’t know exactly what you’re needing from a Session - but you know you’re looking for some extra Support.
It’s also a great Place to Start if you’re interested in things like Herbs & Supplements, Somatic Exercises, finding more Healing & Relaxation in your Day-to-Day Life, Spiritual Insights, etc.
How this Session works is we will basically be getting to know each other - and seeing what you need and what works best for you! Whether that’s Light Trance Work, Diving into the Body to see what’s going on, Somatics, or even just talking about life!
These sessions are tailored to YOU. We basically just see where you’re at, and go from there!
Whatever you’re needing, from my range of Specialties, I’m happy to offer.
These are the perfect Sessions if you’re just needing some extra support or don’t know where to start. If you’re looking for more Relaxation in your life - I’ve got the tools for you. If you’re looking to follow and align with your Dreams - I’m happy to help you.
If you’re just looking for someone to talk to to figure some things out - I’m here for you.

How These Sessions Work:
These are the most Straightforward Sessions I offer.
I will ask you to fill out a short form, just to know a little bit about you and what you’re looking for from the Session.
Then we’ll Book a Time, and Connect over Zoom!
This way, you can be in the comfort of Your Own Home.
You may want to have a place available to lie down, just in case we go into Trance Work or Somatics, but the majority of the Session may just be talking, so do it wherever it works for you.
1 - 1 ½ Hours long
$50 per Session (Soon to be Raised to $75)
That’s about it!! Hope to see you there!!
Love you!

Supplement Shipping Service:
Hi!! I’m offering this Service because people having their Proper Supplements is very important to me.
As Someone who Worked in the Supplement Industry - I know how crazy it can be to find a good one for you.
There are so many Options to choose from - some with large claims that feel unmatched.
It’s hard to know what to pick with all the different Added Ingredients and mg counts.
As someone who worked in this Industry, I learned A LOT about Supplements and what makes them Good or Bad
I would be happy to either Teach You the things I know - or just find Supplements for you if that’s more Convenient!!
Here are the Options for that:
Option #1
If you want help picking out a Supplement - but would prefer to order it online, I’m happy help with that!
What I can do, is send you 1-3 options for you to pick from, within the price range that you give me (as best as I can.)
I will send you the links, and you can order your supplement as usual!
Option #2
If you’d prefer to Shop Local, but are still wanting assistance in picking out a Supplement - I’m happy to help you with that as well!
What I can do, is look up stores in your area and find one that’s a good fit for you.
Then, I’ll look up the store’s Inventory if I can - or call them if that’s the best option, and find out what they carry.
I’ll then send you my Recommendations with the Name of the Store
Option #3: Shipping
I’m also happy to Ship Items Directly to You if that’s the best Option!
If this is what’s best for you, I will go to the store, find your Supplement, test it to know it’s right for you, and ship it right to your door.
I will do this for an Added Fee of $11, plus the Supplement Cost, Plus Shipping.
If this is the Best Option for You, that that’s what I’m willing to do!
Thank you for working with me!! I’m so excited for your time together.
